Corporate Development & Sustainability

The Corporate Development & Sustainability Department is responsible for all activities aimed at developing the company through, among other things, marketing, acquisitions and the definition and implementation of ESG (Environment, Safety and Governance) strategies.

We are responsible for the Ocean of Responsibilities project, which includes an ESG strategy for both, the Office and the Fleet.

Concentrating ESG areas in one coherent strategy is crucial for the company's competitiveness. The first step is to identify and integrate sustainable development goals in the business model and company strategy, and then to define key activities in the context of the EU taxonomy and non-financial reporting in ESG areas.
