Unibaltic is introducing a brand-new training programme called MentorShip in cooperation with Maritime Academy in Szczecin

The programme will be called „MentorShip” and will rely on assigning respective mentors to specific adepts selected through second-year students.

One of the goals of introducing such a programme is to maintain the high level of competence and maritime know-how. Perks arising out from the implementation of the above are as follows, but not limited to:

• Improving the training approach quality,
• Facilitating the adaptation in Company’s fleet,
• Support for academic education as one of the company’s CSR efforts,
• Asset for TMSA score,
• Aid to the retention of Staff.
